Steve Reynolds
As one of the founders of Starbase, the company that created the
StarTeam product family, Steve served in many roles including Product
Architect and Vice President of Strategic Support. Steve designed and lead the development team
that created StarTeam Elite, later renamed StarTeam Enterprise
Advantage, a customizable workflow-enabled product
designed to support large scale enterprise software development. Steve
has worked with many of the largest users of StarTeam including AIG,
Manhattan Associates, CAE, and AG Communications.
Lydia Patterson
As Vice President of Product Management,
Ms. Patterson was instrumental in Starbase's product development as
well as sales and marketing to Starbase's Fortune 1000 customers.
While serving in this role, Starbase's
revenues grew from $4M to over $40M per year - a ten-fold increase!
Lervaging her experience in process modeling and UML, she was responsible for
the creation of the Requirement Driven Development approach that
integrated StarTeam Enterprise Advantage with CaliberRM for
requirements management and Mercury Test Director for test management.
